- You own your submissions and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt, and distribute them in connection with the Service.
 - Only share content you have the rights to share; no infringing or unlawful material.
 - We may moderate, edit, or remove content for clarity, safety, or quality.
 - Be kind: no harassment, hate, spam, or exploitation. Report issues via email below.
 
Acceptable Use
- No attempts to disrupt, scrape at scale, bulk download, or bypass rate limits unless clearly permitted by our robots.txt or written permission.
 - No posting of sensitive personal data of others without consent.
 
Intellectual Property
The Trek4Free name, logo, characters (e.g., Topo), and design elements are our property. Third-party marks belong to their owners. Don’t use our marks without permission.
Links & Third Parties
We may link to third-party sites (parks, weather, maps). We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
