AZ TANQU TANQUE VERDE FALLS--Coronado National Forest canyon swimming hole east of Tucson. Multiple tiers of falls with pools for swimming. Access via Tanque Verde Rd east from Tucson until it becomes Redington Rd (dirt) into the Coronado NF. Trail overlook and canyon access from the lower parking lot. Do not enter the canyon when rain is predicted — flash floods can occur from distant storms even in clear skies. Free dispersed camping at Redington Pass nearby.
